I emailed this person and never received a response. No phone number in the ad.
If he keeps the ad current maybe he is just lonely ?

Of course it's not real. CL seems to be the easiest host to this scam, which is fishing for email addresses for mega spammers.
I am curious where the photos were lifted from, though.
