I've used them many times for my Fiat. Good service.

I ordered one of those lenses weeks ago just because I was curious about the quality. I have a set of NOS lenses for my '69 so I'll have something to compare it to. I'm hoping to receive it next week.

I have some lenses on order from them as well. Very courteous on the phone. Wondered if they were sourcing them from Marek, but I don't think so.

    Does Marek offer LWB lenses?

It would be great if these really were 100% correct. I've been stockpiling both U.S. and Euro NOS lenses and the prices are going nowhere but up.

It looks like those do have the Bosch logo on them--at least judging by the picture. Let us know if they also have the P in the triangle in the lower corner. Pricing seems in line with the factory ones you can still get.

    thanks!

Mr Fiat is just a retailer and not a manufacturer from what I believe. He has been around a few years on ebay.

I think these lenses are the same as sold by Carpoint.de and I am not sure if they are the manufacturer or not. Sierra Madre now sells the same lenses from carpoint. The quality is much better than the Taskers Metal Products lenses which is what everyone has been selling for the last few years. When Taskers started making lenses they put the Bosch markings on them and were later forced to stop - they had a bosch logo but the color faded very fast in the sun. If you ever run across a lens new in the bag with a bosch logo then be careful as it could be a tasker version; they had part numbers like this: TMP-631-413-00

It looks like some small manufacturers are stepping up to make good quality lenses while Bosch steps down in their outsourced quality. Bosch is obviously so disappointed in the quality of their new production lenses that they took their own logo off. This is globalization at it best - Just In Time crap quality made by people who have no idea what their product is for or how it fits. Built to a spec that has been watered down by bean counters.

Can you post a picture of a lens with the P in a triangle? I have removed 22 lenses from original lights during the past few months and I can't find that marking on any of them.

Of course, always in the OCD grasp, I have saved all of the fragments. I'll take some pictures and post them in a while.

    Thanks,
    John
