What a car! Also very impressed by the gentleman who restored this car and how fast and effective he was the last weeks to get it ready for Salzburg.

    Thanks for sharing!

Hello to all, thanks for the great Respons, also for the PM's :-)

I try to answer as good as i can...

Car was always in Austria, Rindt had it from the beginning in 67 (car was new and given from Porsche Salzburg to him - see the "Wagenkarte") till mid/end of 68.

Then the car was converted from Porsche Salzburg to a Rallye car and did many Rallyes in Europe with 2 Drivers (see Rallye Pictures). Then Porsche Salzburg sold it to a private Company in Austria called FUNDA and they also used it for rallying...

Then the car was always in private Hands and was badly transformed to like a "G-Modell". In the 80is no one wants a car from the 60is, and so the Story was forgotten,...

So we restored it over about the last 2 years and try to keep as much as we can from the original car. So I think the car could tell a lot of Storys ;-)
The Restauration (Body and engine) was done here in Austria by 2 absolutly specialists.

I will post more Pictures, great that you all like it...
