Help needed in identifying a bumper and bumperettes?

How do I tell what year this is for? I have someone who wants to buy it but I want to make sure I don't sell him the wrong part. I also have these bumper guards that I need help with.
Thanks for your help as always,
    Michael

Hi Alan, thanks for the help! What makes it different from a LWB bumper?

Looks like a '67.....I believe '67 was the first year for the rubber inserts on the bumper guards and the last year for the metal vented rear caps before they changed over to the black plastic type in '68.

Rubber inserts were supplied on my '66 coupe: confirmed by CoA and Kardex... guess it was an option?

Yes, you could get rubber pads on the guards in 66.
That bumper appears to be in nice shape and has a pair of nice early guards (metal backed as alluded to in an earlier post) and fog light covers. All stuff that is getting very hard to find.

You may want to wash it and make it look a bit more appealing

    Regards

Hey Guys, thanks for the info, as always very helpful. Jim I haven't seen you in a while I keep meaning to come down on a Saturday but I always seem to miss it. That dirt proves it's barn fresh! I will see what I can do if that helps it sell!

See you soon with any luck,
    Mike

LWB have a different mounting system. Short wide brackets VS early long blades.
I have seen them modified to fit but it is not nice.
