Very nice, European version. Good luck.

I'd say it is both US (AM-FM) and euro (M,U). most (earlier) Beckers I've seen go to 103 MHz. US models usually have AM and FM on the buttons, Euro M, U etc.. if anyone knows a good reference site for Becker please let me know about it. there was one but it disappeared.

US FM is 108, I had both Grand Prix and Europa, same vintage as yours, with 106 and 108.
1972 Becker catalog for US. I'll bet it cost more than the car I was driving in 1972

One of my other Grand Prix, euro mono. not much info on the Becker site. I am a bit confused about the frequency markings to say the least. I see the Grand Prix stereo with M and U buttons but the frequency goes to 108 while the one with AM and FM buttons only goes to 106. usually the Euro model has the lower range.

Rick any chance you have a Becker where the serial number starts with a C or perhaps D ?

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
Joe, I don't (the labels are missing from my mono Beckers) but there is a C code Mexico for sale on the pelican.
