Trying to sort out the engine compartment electrical panel. Mine appears to have too many holes. A photo of a bare panel would be awesome. Thanks

I don't have one of the bare panel, does this help?

You can see the bare panel at the bottom of the photo. From a 66MY, but I think they're the same

What is that CD box doing in the picture?
No CD box in that picture Jim …….
…. but seeing as you're intrigued it's one of my storage reference pictures so I know what's in that particular storage box.
I thought Brian would be able to spot the bare panel without needing to crop the picture ……
Let me know if you need me to point it out Brian
I assuming that Brian can figure out which part is the panel.
But, then again, you know the old saying about assuming..........................
I found another panel after looking for an extended period of time. I am much too busy to get organized like you.
Mine is a bit different than yours. I must admit that I have no idea what particular car it came from, though.
I seem to recall that 67s had an additional bracket on the square end that was bent in a 90 degree angle and held the Hardy (an exact copy of a Lucas fuel pump. What was Porsche thinking?) fuel pump. Pictures for comparison. This panel has the 3 holes that I'm pretty sure are for the fuel pump bracket.
Ciao
Jim
Thanks to all for the help.
Mick, I do think the
'67 panel differs from yours, probably the electric pump.
Here is a picture of my panel.
It has the 3 holes on the right for the 'bracket' (thanks Jim), and a square hole slanted in the upper left. What might this be for?
Again, thanks, sorry if this is a PITA.

Looks like for the captive nut holder.

This is from my '68 Sports Purpose T (extra holes on the right due to larger fuel pump fitted at one point in its life that required bracket moving, photo shows with a new Hardi pump as it would have had orignially).
