Thumbs up Nicolas Hunziker : WOW

    All,

no affiliation and not a firend of mine (yet ).

Want to share the very nice experience I have while ordering a "Giclee" from Nicolas Hunziker.

I sent an email to Nicolas to get information on ww shipping, Nicolas was busy and it took a bit of time to respond. He kindly apologised for the slow delay of repsonse and proposed me a discount. Nice
    I then ordered the "Giclee"
Then it appears that the "giclee" was not satisfactory from his point of view and decided to make a new one. Again he sent me a mail with kind words and offered a compensation for the delay !
This is what I call : Customer service !

To be honest I am quite exited to get it and display it in my office. howvever I did not stress him at all, and there were no urgency, but he was so pleasant and kind to get my satisfaction !

For sure I will order another one very soon !

Nic is a great guy and does great work. His art on t shirts features some awesome early 911s! I'm glad to be the Hunziker Apparel dealer for the Dallas area in my "Jack's Garage" store. What I don't sell, I'm happy to wear myself!!! :-)
