Partial wire harness identification help needed (67)

This is about 3 feet long, consists of 4 wires: White w/ yellow stripe, White w/ yellow spiral, Yellow, and Brown. I think it may be for the fog lights. ('67S USA).

Pardon me if I'm a little shy after giving you an incorrect answer last time.

    My many thanks.
So, the 4 wires with the connectors…is there a fog light "relay" that I don't have? I think on U.S. cars the fogs are plumbed into the lighting, where they go out on high beams?

Forgive me, but I got the wire harness wadded up in 2 boxes, with nothing marked. And, I have a european wiring diagram. Uggh!!

Can anyone point me in the direction of a detailed U.S.-spec foglight wiring diagram? Thanks
