Steering knuckle spring for RHD ????

Hi. At the moment I am half way through a full nut and bolt rebuild of a 1971 911E RHD, while getting rare bits for RHD porsche is normally not an issue I have come against a complete blank with the usual suppliers and Porsche UK when looking for a "steering knuckle spring" part no 901 423 318 00, a small spring that keeps the brake peddle tension, it slides over the control bar and rests against the peddle in the same manor as the clutch pedal spring on early cars. As this part is no longer made I was wondering if any one out there would know of an alternative or even have a spare??
