    Recaro Sliders

Need some help finding the best resource for sliders to go on a vintage Recaro non-reclining race bucket. The dimension between the hole pairs (looking at one side only ) is 8" from the inner holes. Hole to hole dimension within each pair is 1-3/4". Any suggestions? (I tried to show a diagram, but the thread software did not show what I typed).

    Elevenparts has repros, I believe --- re-enforcements, too . . .

And if you're looking for genuine vintage bits? . . .

    Hi Scott,

the're already pretty hard to find, and contiuously getting harder to find. I even buy seats that are beaten up or I don't want to get the sliders.
I'd check with Eric Linden from AFS as he was planning on doing some repros.
Before you're buying at Edmond Harris - I don't offer my Sliders for sale, but when we're talking that kind of money, I will part with at least one set.
    Cheers

Way to step up, Uli --- good for you!

    I know-I know --- the Real Deal isn't cheap

But I'd rather see that kinda stuff on one of our cars . . . than thinking about it sitting on a shelf, in a vault somewhere

You know that your sliders will be on my car --- and for as long as I have it . . .

    I'll never forget
