    # 83385. Actual sale price $57,200.00. I looked up the color code, signal red, the second most numerous color after white, so nothing special. The missing engine is a 616/1, thats a 60hp Normal. This is a quite a high price for such an "ordinary" Speedster. Obviously to restore it will require replacement of 80-99% of the sheet metal, basically a new car fabricated around a VIN#. To restore that car here or in Western Europe would be in the neighbourhood of $300,000. To restore it in Poland/ Eastern Europe, the price would be half that, perhaps less. With the current value of Speedsters starting at $200K for a non-numbers matching driver and very nice cars $300-350,00.

It is actually possible even at that price to break even. By the time the years of work are completed we may even think that was an astute purchase
