Planning to remanufacture SWB rear seat belt holders

    Hi All,

I would like to remanufacture some SWB rear 3-point mounting studs that I will pass along to the community for a very reasonable cost.

They are the ones that were for sale in this thread:

If anyone is willing to send me one for a template (I will send it back), I'd be happy to provide them a free set.

    Thanks!

    Dan

Don't want to hijack your post. I made about 10 sets of these a couple of weeks ago as mentioned before. You are welcome to make some also. However, not sure if the demand will be that big.

Ok. that's cool. I hadn't seen anything from you over the past weeks, so I went ahead with this. I still plan to make some. Mostly because I like using the lathe in my machine shop.

Offer still stands for a free set to anyone providing me an original for a template to take measurements from.

Perhaps so can make some seat belt brackets for seats missing said brackets. I have earlier seats in my
'72 and there are no brackets for the seat belt buckle and the end of the belt itself. The retractor is attached to the usual spot on the b pillar. Inboard and ourboard brackets are needed for each seat and they would probably be mirror images of each other. See photo. I ordered 928 brackets and am hoping I can get those to work.

Funny I had 50 of these made in June through the Maestro. . . wonder what happened to them?
