New member and '68 911L targa owner

    Hi,

I've just signed up as a member and thought that I'd introduce myself to the forum. I purchased a '68 911L targa a couple of months ago and have found the early 911s registry to be a great source of information.

My car is a euro '68 911L targa that has maintained its original engine and transmission. It was originally tangerine orange, but the last owner had it painted black which was more to his liking. My plans for the car are to take the interior back to the original configuration, remove some of the other updates, and then get it back on the road come spring. It has the original elephant hide door panels and dash trim, but the seats are long gone as is the ski rack.

    Best regards,

    Eric Gratz
