    Help with sway bar brackets/arms?

Ok, so I bought a NOS 15mm sway bar kit complete about 6 or more years ago. What's interesting to me is the arms have a beefed up area just like the factory 18mm 930 turbo arms have. Was this what late production models had? The problem is the bolts hit the metal pieces that surround the bar and therefore they don't come out straight and allow me to put them through the flat plate on the other end. I can solve this buy shaving/drilling a small amount of the metal away. Have you guys seen this??

Never seen that, although that is a pretty common failure point when the bolts come loose. Nice to see someone at Porsche thought it wise to upgrade the crappy parts.

Yea, that's what I thought. They are improved like the 18mm arms are. I'll have to machine down the area a little for the bolts to clear but I thought it was a nice upgrade. The flat plates/brackets from an 18mm arm would work fine but I'll never find those and not taking them off of my ST.

Called and left a voicemail. Listen to it and call me back ... a solution lies within.
