    1970 Porsche 911

This is a 1970 911 E tribute race car, it was a HSR FIA Champion with 9 podiums in 9 races. Co-drivers have been; Wayne Baker, former Sebring winner Jack Baldwin, Trans Am Chapman four time IMSA Champion and was quoted as saying "this was the best handling 911 I ever drove". She was also driven by Jack Lewis NASCAR Grand Am Racer along with the accomplished Vintage Racer Jerry Peters who was the last owner!

This spectacular 911 enjoyed a no expense restoration by renowned Porsche expert Roy Sanders at the direction of Mr. Jerry Peters who now races the famous Brumos 911. A complete bare metal strip was enhanced with race fabrication by a well-known NASCAR team followed by a full powder coating of the entire chassis, body, interior, roll cage and undercarriage. This amazing 911 2.0L engine was built and tuned by the famous 901 shop and pushes out nearly 220 hp from its correct single plug engine with stock valves in stock Weber carbs. The gearbox has a limited slip with the modified intermediate plate. Included in this transmission is an oil cooler that is pump driven with cooling fans! Shifter has a first and reverse gear lock out to avoid inaccurate shifts. Shift point is set at 7200 RPM, tires are 205's on the front 225's on the rear on 7 by 15 inch Fuchs wheels, brake calipers are stock Porsche with front calipers that are 911 S steel version. This car was last driven in August at the Rolex reunion. It competed in the 911 Porsche race group against 43 other cars. That included 2.0 L all away up to 3.0 RSR's and Placed 22nd with Chuck Croteau from Redline Service at the wheel.

More pictures and videos available upon request (eBay doesn't allow YouTube links). This car sounds great, we highly recommend viewing the videos.
