Rear sway bar connection to drop link...

When beefing up the rear with an adjustable A/R bar, I'm aware of the after market drop link connector that attaches to the spring plates. There doesn't seem to be anyone that offered an adaptor to use the old ball attached to the trailing arms... for the early fixed type. I'm just wondering why?

    A) alignment issue with the length of the arms on the adjustable A/R bar?

    B) the strength of the ball connector on the trailing arm for the bigger A/R bars?

    C) other issues?..... such a limited concern to most and well, just use the spring plates!

    thanks,

Probably not a convenient method to adjust the length. A manufacturer would have to fabricate adjustable ball-socket drop links. That product would be very specific and only affect 911s up to 76' or so. For example, try sourcing an exact non-factory front sway bar drop link from the after market. Sourcing from existing off-the-shelf products is more economical.
