WTB: Michelin XWX tires in 185/70

I am still looking for a set of four used XWX tires in 185/70. Will pay top dollar for quality examples! Please call Douglas on 310-570-0438. Many Thanks

I saw the Pirelli P6000 on a concours winning RS. They looked super and vintage and are modern tires. Check 'em out! Thanks.

And I think they look modern but still "right!"

I believe New ones are available for $400 each - not sure why you would want used tires - are pursuing a concours issue ?

Coker Tire sells them, although the P6000 are much cheaper

    XWX's at Coker (185/70-15) are just under $400 a piece, P6000's run about $100 (205/60-15).

Why anyone would want old, hard, XWX's is beyond me, they were brutally hard when new. Compared to today's tires the ride of old XWX's would be even more miserable, if that matters...

Yet you say the XWX is cheaper, what am I missing?

Sorry, I must not have been thinking as I was typing.
I have Pirellis on both of my 911Ts
The Pirellis are less than half the price of the Michelins
