Removing trolley jack dents in floorpan and replacement seat belt warning lamp cable?

I've stripped out my '72 911T cabin and found that at some point in its life, the floor has been pushed up under each seat about an inch by jacking up the car in the middle of the floor pan.

Anyone have any tips on how to remove these dents at home, or will this need professional bodyshop attention?

Also, the passenger side seat belt warning light cable is missing, a quick search of Pelican, eBay, Stoddards and SMC failed to turn them up. Does anyone have the part number or suppliers for these?

Floor dents: I would suggest using a body hammer from the top while utilizing a dolly from the bottom side. Less cosmetic damage that way. If you can't reach both areas with each hand yourself, you may need a partner to assist you.

I've tried a large rubber mallet, but the floor just bounces without seeming to stay down. I was wondering if there is a method of pulling the floor down somehow? I'd prefer not to drill holes, as my floor is original and completely rust-free.

    - add a 2 1/2 lbs weight (like duct tape a medium sized bean bag) on the end of the mallet to give you a bit more downward mass on a down
swing... Practice on a piece of 2 x 4 to help you with some control but yet give you a nice thud.

Not a rubber mallet, you need what's called a "dead blow" its a weighted composition mallet, it won't bounce back on you.

A 4X4 or larger works well. You can put a towel under it also. Wood is good.
