    Front license plate mounting

    Hi all-

The body guy welded up the two holes on the front bumper that I assume were used to mount the front license plate. Before I re-drill the holes, has anyone come up with a no-hole alternative? I want to put a front plate on the car as I've been stopped in my 356 and even gotten a fix-it ticket here in revenue happy CA.

Thanks a lot for the advice in advance.
    Cheers,

    Ron
