Bolt size for center rear license panel

Silly little question, but what size and type bolt and nut are used to attach the center panel to the left and right bumperettes? Just below the bumperettes and at bottom of panel.

Mark, there is a speed nut clipped to the bumper, and then a hex head (about 5mm screw, 10mm hex size) ) sheet metal screw and back up washer is installed from the license panel towards the bumper. If need be spacer washers are installed between the license panel and bumper to maintain a consistant gap. I use a 10mm 1/4" drive u-joint socket with a 14" extension so I can turn the bolt with the muffler installed.

Would these be the same size as the fender mount bolts and speed nuts? Or smaller?
