New 911T Owner and Newbie Questions

    Good Morning All -

I just purchased a '72 911T (Aborgine) and am excited to be part of the Early911 passion. VIN # is 9112101441. How/where do I register the car? Also, I am beginning the process of uncovering the history of the car which appears to have been a CA car from the beginning. I also need to try and find the original drivetrain as it appears that the engine and trans are not original. Any suggestions and guidance will be appreciated. Thanks!
    Chip

A good place to start would be placing an order with Porsche to get your car's Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which provides info about what engine number your car left the factory with along with other info like original options, exterior colour, interior colour, production date. Here's a link:

When you fill out your paid membership of Early S you will start to receive the Esses and your car will be put in the registry at that time.
