Maybe I'm saying BS but ... New York delivered => United Nation seat => could not be special delivery for UN diplomatic staff?

I personally imported a 1972 911S from Nevada, USA to Australia about 6 years, Vin number 9112301384. I am currently in the process of restoring it, the previous owner had it painted Polo Red, I am returning it to its original metallic Gold colour. I have just started so its going to be a bit of a project but definitely worth it in the end. Below is a link if you are interested or want further info.

I owned 9112300199 from 2000-2012, it now resides in Germany.

Is there any way I could find the first reg number / owner of my 9112300614 ?

I bought it in 2005 in Napoli in a rust free but poor "driver" state, then owned it for 8+years, in the meantime brought it to "as new" condition, finally sold last August to Germany, near Stuttgart. Now I regret it but I have a "special" '72S targa instead in my garage to enjoy after its restoration. That latter is a US delivered car.
