Dealer - F.E. Avery Co. in Columbus, OH???

My 1973 911S Coupe was purchased from F.E. Avery Co in Columbus, OH. It was ordered and purchased new. But I can't find any records of Avery being a Porsche dealer. They were a large dealer for Pontiac, as far as I can tell. The site is now Dave Gill Chevy on 4700 Broad Street. The car was always serviced at Capital Imported Cars (now MAG Autogroup) in Dublin, OH (and Stoddard).

Does anyone have any knowledge of this dealer? Did they deal Porsche? Did the Avery Co own Capital back in the day? I know the car was originally LEASED (one of the first cars you could lease, I hear)... did it possibly get leased through Avery after they purchased it new on the original owner's behalf?

My curiosity is really getting to me lately and it all started when I started looking for a vintage license plate frame for this dealer. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Rick...

Capital was bought many years ago and is now Midwestern Auto Group (MAG). http://www.magcars.com/index.htm I always love to visit their showroom whenever I go back to C-Bus. It's a fantastic dealership. Byer's Imports are across the street from the old Capital lot (now Len Immke Buick). They are a great Porsche dealer too.
