who's the manufacturer?

Took the words right out of my mouth.

From what I can tell from the research I've done, this is a set of original Rotunda mirrors.

They have a number cast on the inside of the base that reads DS-100021, which you can see here




There is also a code on the edge of the mirror surface that reads J-AX-4

Rotunda was Ford accessory parts back in the 70's. I think they are from that era, but Ford accessory mirrors
