Pay to get Swiss wagenkarte car info?

I understand from many threads that Swiss vehicle information can be obtained, or used to be. Now apparently it's hard.

Is there anyone I could pay a generous fee to successfully track down information on my 67S?

    Thanks

"BTW, having a Ex-Swiss car will enable you to have all infos of a car prior's owners from day one.
As well as the AMAG importer Kardex, which is similar to the factory's one.
I'm not so sure that's true anymore. I've been trying to get my Wagenkarte for my other Swiss car for over a year now via the sources posted in other threads. No responses after multiple attempts."

    FYI
ASTRA: Swiss DMV, provides car ownership info. (ex-swiss cars only)
AMAG: Swiss Importer, provides Kardex aka Wagenkarte. (ex-swiss cars only)
