    Porsche wallet

My wife just gave me a present. A new leather Porsche design wallet. Looks nice, cheap leather. I open it, says MADE IN CHINA.

it was not cheap either, nothing in that catalog is. The profit margin has to be enormous. Very disappointing, catalog is in the trash already, never ordering from it again. JUNK

Just out of curiosity I just checked my kid's toy stuffed 911..... also made in China. I guess all the German wallet/ leather and highly regarded stuffed animal companies (Steiff) went belly up. I wonder how much longer it will be when parts the parts on new cars say 'made in China'. Tires, airbags, brakes etc.... not a comforting thought. End of rant, thank you

My old Porsche wallet was made in W. Germany.

I did purchase some factury 993 rs leather parts and they had been made in Italy.
