Mark, I forgot: your car looks awesome! Can you make another post and tell a little bit about her? And more pics, please...

I've looked at these as well. Too bad there is not a good size for the 9" rims. The 235 is just a tad skinny, and the 265 is too wide.

    Hi Jack:
Thank you for the complement but your RSR is pretty amazing itself and the Fuchs look amazing! I love the action photo, on the jack with the tire off!

    TB5's - Full Tread

Interestingly my 72 has a set of 'full tread' TB5's:

My TB5's will need to be replaced shortly, so its a shame to discover that the TB15's have thinner side walls - anyone know a source for the 'full tread' TB5's which I assume are no longer in production?

    Thx
    Martin

    Mark,
The Michelin's are the best out there for 9s and 11s wet or dry. IMHO
I have tried many rain grooved slicks and until the TB's became available wet driving was not very good.
I have found the TB's are even better than the old Yokohamas or Pirelli P-7s that we used in the past....
Remember anything that wide will hydroplane easily...

I finally bit the bullet and put TB15's on my ST and I've got to say, they look great and perform even better! Prior to my last Treffen trip, I installed new suspension, brakes and tires...the difference is AMAZING!

The tires are scary in the rain though. Keep it UNDER the speed limit if the roads are wet.

Kinda rules them out for use here. If they are scary in the rain, I can't even imagine how they'd be on frosty roads! :P
