    1968 side reflectors

I am in the process of cataloging the various broken and missing items on my 68 project targa.

What is the consensus as to the front and rear side reflectors. Is it desirable to put these back on the car, or shave them off for cleaner lines?

I think it all depends on whether you're performing a proper and correct restoration...or are you personalizing your car? I personalized my car and I chose to remove my marker lights. I liked the look without them..

    Put em back on.
Then your car can be distinguished from all those cookie cutter 67 911Ss, 911Rs and 901s.

    Ciao

The car looks much better without them, as it does on the same cars delivered at the same time in other countries.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

They WERE last minute! That's why they are so unigue now, and are one of the defining features of the 68 U.S. model, I'd put them on,,,,,,,but hey, your car, your decision!
