    yes they should be black - like in this photo - one of my favorite photos of Nikki Lauda from 1968 at an airport race in Austria in 1968

    My old 901 chassis 024 had black vinyl with tri colour pepita , black, white and red.
    The red rot matched the chassis colour.

    I still regret but I no longer have her but still have a large cache of photos that I can share. This was well over 20 years ago and the chassis was in dire need of straightening after josh Sadler had crashed her during a race. .
    At that time I did not have the cellete chassis and body jigs I have today . I should not have let her ago and was also offered 0100 from turhills for 5k in that period. !!!

    I’m currently working on 3 65’s .. 0760 has slowly headed back uphill.
