1966 Brake Backing Plate (Dust shield) Finish

Does anyone know the finish on 1966 911 dust shield? I,ve seen photos of both black, and either yellow zinc or yellow cad. Thanks

General concensus on that year would be black, 68 seems to be more questionable.

Mine are off for caliper replacement. What should a 69 be? I've cleaned them up but still cannot tell.

'69 yellow cad, nowadays plate with yellow zinc. Starting in '68 the plated parts went from clear (silver) to yellow. For example, 912 valve covers.
