Not Mine. Did not see the Vin posted in the ESR anywhere.

    Seller's script:

    Car #: Po2929
    Price: Inquire
    Year: 1968
    VIN: 11805014
    Engine: 2.0-Liter 130HP
    Odometer: 101,609 miles
    Color: Blue/Red

    Description:

This lovely 1968 Porsche 911L is in very nice condition. It has a fresh COA correct red interior and the engine and transmission in the car also match. The 911 L is also equipped with a factory installed electric sunroof.

Being a 911 L it has a “normal” spec 130 horse power motor, but full 911 S spec brakes (vented discs and light alloy calipers), trim and suspension. The “L” was made exclusively for the American market and only for the 1968 model year. The transmission shifts as it should and the engine revs freely and runs strong. It’s a solid excellent driver quality car. History indicates there have been just a few owners and it’s ready to enjoy.

Was previously $89,500 if I recall, now $79,950 asking.

Also wonder when the front and rear side reflectors were removed. Thought that was a mandatory feature on US L's. Further, is the ad copy incorrect? Thought there were ROW L's as well.

It won't have "light alloy calipers" either if it is original. They arrived in 69 with the 3.5 inch spacing.

Should have iron M calipers with 3" spacing and vented discs if original. Seems to be priced right if the paint color is original.

I have a '68L owners manual printed in "German" so ROW "L's" must have existed.

Yes they do, but that has a different VIN sequence.
