    VIN 9113300803
    Engine 6331060

Originally sold on March 20th 1973 at Traynor Porsche Audi in Fairfield, Connecticut, this 1973 911S has been well maintained and enjoyed since new. The original owner, Charles “Red” Rottman, was an enthusiastic member of the Sports Car Club of America for over 50 years. He purchased this S new and optioned it with Koni shocks, sport seats, Blaupunkt radio, thru the grille fog lights, tinted windshield, and Dunlop tires as per the COA. Red kept the car for many years, avoiding winter use and maintaining the car at the dealer both in Connecticut and at his winter home in South Florida

The car retains the numbers matching 911/53 motor with all equipment still intact including the cold air regulator and a set of stainless heat exchangers. A recent service, including gearbox oil, has the car ready to be enjoyed. It has received a repaint, many years ago, in the original color of Irish Green. There are no signs of accident damage and all the panels appear to be original to the car. The bottom of the car is clean with no major rust issues or signs of repairs. All the pans appear original to the car.

Inside, the original factory sport seats were recovered many years ago. The color is closer to the later shade of cork and not the lighter tan as the rest interior. However, the seats are in excellent condition. The dashpad is free of cracks and blemishes. All the S gauges work and are in good condition. The original Blaupunkt radio is in place, with all the wiring under the dash original and unmolested. No speaker holes have been cut anywhere in the car. Door panels and pockets are also in good condition. While the headliner does have some discoloration due to age, it is not ripped or damaged. A new correct carpet kit, ordered from Autobahn, has been installed.

The car remained in Connecticut until recently when it left long term ownership. It is currently available for $169,000 or reasonable offer.
