    adding to the WHAT ??!! factor is the fact that the badge is restored. ie; all enamel replaced.

    my '64 badge (ex- Bob Rauscher) comes w/ the instructional letter (how to apply) as well as the congratulatory letter. my yellow border nor any of the others do not. for several years I was concerned that the yellow border badge was not official, even with a Stuttgart maker mark. then I got a copy of The World of Car Badges by Jan Sarnesjo.
