    Wow, awesome 550 Spyder. My favorite old school P car. I wonder what that side view mirror and aluminum mirror housing alone is worth? Such a cool car!!!

    This probably explains the 550 I saw once down here. Never heard of them. Pardon my ignorance, but what is "THAT Alloy" mean?

    I was referring to their advertised expertise in fabricating stuff in 'alloy' --- = aluminum

    There are any number of fabricators who can comfortably work in steel --- but aluminum? . . .


    . . . very different deal



    And --- after contemplating the alloy bits displayed on Porsche's clandestine 'GT-S', again . . .



    . . . my mind has begun to wander/ponder



    I mean --- it's one thing to put-together a car that looks like a GT-S . . .


    . . . but what would it take to build something that weighs like one?
