I know firsthand these are hard to find with the proper thread spacing. I went looking for a couple recently when working on drivers door because I thought two of them holding the arm rest had stripped. Turned out that the female opening in the door sheet metal was "stripped" (poor design, but whatcha gonna do).

Went to ACE and bought a bunch of M5s (with wrong thread spacing - readily available) and matching nylon locking nuts. It's tight, but you can get a flat wrench behind all bolt locations reaching from bottom opening in door to hold the nuts while you tighten the M5s. Replaced all bolts in both doors and now I don't have to worry when passengers torque on the armrests when closing the doors.

Might not work for the hinge though! Probably can't get behind that.
