Thread: Stolen firend's car at SPA Francorchamps few minutes ago.

    What a shame. Considering the track record it's time to hire a security service to watch over the cars.

    Monza is the worst. In 73, three Porsche executives had their cars stolen there. Thus we lost wind vents. At least that is the story.
    As far as security at US tracks, they won't even insure rental cars at Brainerd, Wisconsin. Seems the fans tend to enjoy punching on the roofs after a few beers.

    i'm sorry but.. i live in Monza and ZERO car was stolen here since at least 20 years.

    It's quite impossibile if you know where is Monza.

    The problem in Europe are Spa and Nurburgring. Not the circuits themselves, but the hotels around that have no closed garages.

    Here in Italy NOBODY leave a Porsche outside hotels for the night....

    A bit of update, the car has not yet been found and am afraid will never be.

    I was dozen of times at SPA, no issues. I stayed at Hotel de la Source.

    The car has been found around 50 km from Spa, by the Belgian police!

    I hope it is in good condition...
