    Lights on french delivery 67S

I saw the blue french-delivery 67S sold (or not?) in Essen this year.

It has yellow lenses, are they correct for a car delivered to France? or it should have clear lenses and only yellow bulbs?
I have a sister car to that one (french delivery, aga blau as well), but headlights got changed to H1s (with H4 lenses) years ago.

    Thank you

I love how the yellow lights look. On the other hand they really suck at night. You don't seem to get as much light with them as you get with the clear lenses.

Thank you. Has anyone a spare pair of original yellow lenses?

Also, did all french-delivered cars have this plaque on the engine cover?

have one yellow lens only right now. If you wish I could find a complete pair for you.
About the plaque, I have not seen one like this before on the rear lid. As per the screws it could have been put here afterwards. I doubt Sonauto would have done this kind of fixing.
    Cool plaque anyway !

Here is the plate on a 1966-built "S" belonging to a member of the forum. I guess that at some point Sonauto stopped fitting that plate.

They existed on 356 and 912

    until 1969, they were yellow.
1965 911 chassis 302036 had this yellow plate too.

After 1969, the dealer adress changed and the plate looked almost golden.

Most French Porsche cars also had a SONAUTO metal letter on their engine lid, mounted just above the metal lid.

65-67 and H4 used yellow bulbs, H1 had yellow lenses. The yellow 4487 and H4 lenses are not original or even made by Bosch. I like the look though.
