    FS: 1997 993 Cabriolet

    One of my clients called me this morning and expressed a desire to sell his Silver 1997 993 Cabriolet.

    The car is a two-owner car with - if I recall correctly - and unbroken chain of paperwork back to the original purchase.

    I have known the car for approximately four years; before that, all work was performed by Beverly Hills Porsche.

    Car is in immaculate condition and needs nothing.

    Mileage is about 108,000, but the car is still in periodic use.

    The last time I saw the car it had a check engine light for the secondary air system. We were able to clean out the passages and get the secondary air system working correctly. After that, it sailed through it's CA smog check with no issue.

    The reason for the sale is that my client feels bad about not driving it more often. His morning commute is in heavy traffic and he hates putting the 993 through the morning slog, so he typically drives his other car and the 993 is relegated to weekend use. This makes him sad as the car is not being enjoyed (or used) as it was intended. Thus, it's up for sale.

    I heard about this car being for sale 15min ago so I don't have any photographs at this time, but I wanted to offer it up here first.
