    Porsche Blog

At the risk of being labeled a shameless self-promoter I want to take a few seconds to promote myself and the new blog I have going at my shop's website ... www.tlgauto.com

There's no real "theme" to the blog; rather, it's just a way for me to share about what's going on in my own little corner of the Porsche Universe.

I invite everyone to stop by and take a look, and if you like what you see/read please share the blog with your friends. The majority of content is Porsche-related, but I can't promise that racing news, general automotive news, and maybe even some Moto GP news won't slip in there from time to time. I promise, though, you will find no politics or religion ... unless they're Porsche-related.

    Sweet Marco,

TLG looks like it has someone to take it into the future.

Your Parents are lucky to have a comp junkie in the family....you and M & D should be very proud taking a great Porsche service to computer-land so everyone can "Check ya all out"!!

    Cool new stuff at TLG!!

    Best and Blog away......

    KJ

PS no shame to self promote....S_it man, Ive been doing it for 40 years and look what it got me....still working 7-12-365! Someone needs to keep it going....I choose you !

No Joke K----. I might not have the opportunity to be your customer, but I can sure enjoy it vicariously.

And that, my friend, is a big part of what makes our community what it is. I can't tell you the number of times I went to your place to check it out-- when I was in doubt or thinking about doing it on the cheap, I said, "what would gunnar do. . . . he would do it RIGHT. . . "

This is where we draw inspiration. . . and pass it on. . .

I've trusted you with tens of thousands in parts not to mention my cars - what your Dad started and you're continuing is a rare thing in this day and age. As long as you work on my car before you blog I am 100% in support ;-)

I don't know you or your shop, but I've read many of the (great) comments you've posted here over the years and so I headed over to the blog and was deeply impressed by your ethical approach to your business and your sensible approach to racing.
If I was in your part of the world, I'd certainly bring my car to you for advice and work!
Thanks for the blog... I'll keep following it as it provides some great reading on a wet and dark Saturday night in the north of the continent!
    Cheers

Thanks, guys, for the responses, and I really appreciate your taking the time to even read my drivel.

The next month or so is going to be quite busy with Porsche events, so I am going to be updating fairly often for a while (if all goes to plan).

Having never coded html before this whole process is a learning experience ... faaaar more difficult that posting on a forum. But I'm getting a little more comfortable with each post, and I'm really having a good time with the process.

It's been a long time since I did any serious writing, but my parents will be glad to see that I'm pressing my journalism degree back into service, KJ.
