I bought this thinking it was a NOS 65-71 901/911 transmission mount. The number on the bag is correct, but the mount is something else. The holes are 75 mm wide and 50 mm deep. What is it? A 915 or 901 Sporto?

According to Porsche that fits 1969-71 pressure cast transmissions.
Earlier part number is a 901 305 031 02 for "chilled" cast transmissions.
The case is out of a 69 912. 902/16. I have 2 other mag case transmissions. One in my car and one for a friends car. Those are 69 also and this mount doesn't fit them either. I think this is for a sportmatic. The holes are offset like the one I have.

The same eBay seller in your link also has a 905 Sporto front cover and a complete transmission, and the mount fastener patterns are obviously different...

The 901, 902, 911, 915 and Sporto mounts all have trapezoid-shaped fastener patterns.
Mine have the trapezoid pattern.
Maybe I should ask on the Pelican Parts site. There are some turbo folks over there.
I got a response back from Pelican also. 3 liter Turbo.
Thanks to both of you!

That’s a 930 mount.
