From May 1945, the toy metropolis of Nuremberg belonged to the American occupation zone in Germany. All goods produced in this area had to be marked accordingly, e.g. with 'Made in Germany U.S. Zone' or simply 'Made in US. Zone'. From 1949 the provision was repealed, nevertheless minted stamps and printing sticks were not always changed immediately, so toys with this imprint were also offered in 1955 and later.

    Johann Neuhierl Fürth (JNF)
Founded in 1920 in Fürth. The company initially provided up to approx. 1965 sheet metal cars and plastic toys. Later JNF Neuhierl became known for its Carrera racetrack. After the bankruptcy in 1985 and the subsequent suicide of Hermann Neuhierl, the company was renamed Carrera Century Toys GmbH by the new owner. The Austrian toy importer Stadlbauer took over the company.
