Source of plastic rollers for old style door stops

Is there a source for the plastic rollers in the old aluminum door stops? These break, and then the door stops go kablooey. It's easy to update, but it feels wrong.

Thank you. This is an example of the problem with little projects on old cars: they become bigger projects.

Like you, I prefer the original look and feel of the old style stops. I try to buy them at swap meets, usually you can pay next to nothing for them. That gives me a collection from which to part out to create good ones. It's not easy being anal.

The other problem with original door stops in the "cam" effect of the arm goes away as the arm begins to wear. New arms can be cut and new wheels can be made on a lathe. Nothing is as nice as an original door stop, original door stops in any car through the end of 73 is a huge pet peve.
