Here's a shot of my '71 911T shortly after purchase from the original owner, 52,xxx original miles, factory ordered and delivered, first 3 years in Germany, spent time in Florida and Minnesota before coming to B.C... Full documentation, original drivetrain, solid shell, near mint interior (need door pocket$), in pieces at the moment (n.o.s. L/F fender in stock). Anticipate great progress to commence this time next year!
Cheers,
Jones...

I kinda like it as-is. A real honesty in that one. Very cool Jones

Outstanding photograph !! Composition, exposure, the idea and having the eye to take that picture........all spot on. Deserves to be featured in the " Photography - The Common Passion with Porsche - Photo Tips " thread as an example of excellent automotive photography.
Forgive my gushing over this shot, of course your car looks very nice as well, but the manner in which the photo captures it in the perfect spot, at the perfect moment, is the real attention-getter.
Welcome to the Registry.

" slavish adherence to originality wasn't for me, because the car wasn't as good as it could be."
Rob Dickinson's response when asked what motivated him to build Singers
Thanks for that! I’ve followed your work on this board and so your compliment is all the more rewarding! I turned 21 on the build month of my T. The car is 40 years old this month and today is my birthday!
Your reply capped this day for me. Thanks again for your timely response. Another example of the “perfect moment” for me today.
Best Regards,
Jeff

Thanks Cornpanzer , I like it as is too... I have been considering maintaining the patina, but I think it is just a bit too raggedy.

I think my 73.5 was on the same production line as 73-T's same production Month and year. Happy 40th.

Mac911 - Very nice in white! We Point 5'ers ought to have our own "Show Your .5" thread. Looks like mine was built maybe late May, 131 units after yours. Here is a ground shot of mine.
