You are not alone in dodgie deals Rick, I have a similar story to tell at over ten times the listed value of this gbox. Wrongly described engine sale. I want my money back too.
Wanted me to return the engine so he could resell and refund my money (he then has my money and the engine). He then stated that he wouldn't rip me off....I think that has already happened.

No dog in this fight but Rick is top notch, knows his stuff, and is one of those guys that I buy parts from sight-unseen. (Just did and extremely happy with the quality.)

I would highly recommend to the seller that he work something out. Transactions carried out in this community should always be win-win.

Hello. Absolutely No misrepresentation at all in this listing. Rick. I am sorry you are unhappy with the transmission
The internal conditions of the trans were unknown to me, as I stated in the add. I have offered to refund your money if you ship me the transmission back. Sorry for the hassle. I am away at Amelia Island Concours and do not check Early S Reg every day. Thanks. Tate
