    Cool New 911 Owner

Hello! I am a longtime non-active member here; but I recently purchased a one-family California car (base); original black/black; numbers matching, Porsche body, etc. It was purchased new from "Bob Smith/Hollywood" dealership - are they still around? Is a "base" welcome at the "s" registry forum?

This 911 is a survivor; original; no accidents; and rust free (as much as a survivor can be)...kind of like a "garage" find. I appreciate your advise (thank you in advance) as I move through the initial steps of ownership - currently performing required mechanical maintenance.

Driving it can be summed up as a special experience. I consider myself fortunate and as a caretaker of this beautiful model. My wife even thinks it is beautiful - lol!

    A few pics...
