Can somebody ID this 380mm wheel for me please!

The thread that never goes away!!!!!

I just acquired this 380mm wheel. It has a paper tag attached to it with the part # 901.603.805.0 I previously thought all 380mm wheels were supposed to have 914 part #'s - perhaps this tag is wrong???

Anyhow, I have attached a pic of the hub and would like to know what I have to do to mount a turn signal canceller and then mount this puppy in my '70S. All input is much appreciated!
