I've got a '66 912 with 480K miles on it, and I recently rebuilt the ignition switch. When I went to reinstall, the plastic nut holding it to the dash crumbled, so now the switch is flopping around. The factory sheets show both a steel nut and a plastic dress-up nut, but all I ever had was the plastic piece. I would like to install both.

Anyone out there know of a source, or have a set rolling around in the junk box? Stoddards can't get them any more. ID on the nut is 21.5mm. This is of course a non-steering-lock switch on the early cars.

Any help much appreciated!
