FS: Improved oil door hinge for 1972

Sooner or later, the oil door hinge on the 911 breaks. It seems to be good for 30 years or so, depending on whether the oil door is allowed to snap all the way open. The original design is poor.

This is an improved design, machined from T 7075 aluminum. Because of the design improvements and material used, it will likely last 2-3 times longer than the original. The look is close, but not identical to the original. But the $80+ replacement Porsche now sells isn't identical to the original, either. And it still has the same design flaw.

Shabby silver oil door is for illustration only, selling just the billet hinge. Green door has a typical broken stock hinge for comparison.

Improved billet hinge is $55 plus shipping
