Spare Parts Catalogue - a few questions

I recently purchased what was advertised as a Porsche 912 Spare Parts Catalog from Ebay. The seller stated he used it when restoring his 912 and that it also covered "some 911 stuff". The price was reasonable (I think ) so I took a chance and purchased it.

From what I can tell, it looks like a complete 911 Spare Parts Catalog in excellent condition that may have a few references to the 912. Page dates range from 11/66 to about 3/69. Printed in four languages. Covers 911, 911S, 911TU, 911L, 911USA, and "at the same time is considered as fundamental catalogue for the vehicle type 912".

What is puzzling to me is that the cover and binder sheets state that the Catalogue is for Type 912 (see photo).

Anyone seen one of these before? What do I have? I paid about $150, market value or did I over-pay?

    Here's a few photos.

PS: if anyone needs info from the Catalogue, I am willing to share it's contents.
