Special early 1964 features on 1965 cars

Here is another shot of the car first shown on my post 114.

It does has angled exhaust tip ("angled tail pipe"). And as seen on post 114, also black underneath the front hood.
Wondering if any angled exhaust tip equipped car would also mean black underneath front hood treatment..Car 492 has both details.

Karim, see post 116, it seems the tips were mounted the wrong way around at some point..... (?)
